4-Step Client Program

Step 1 — Free Consultation
Approximately 30 minutes
Introductory consultation

Discuss your goals, challenges, and priorities

Step 2 — Foundational Wellness Check
1-hour session; typically completed over 2–3 weeks

Review foundational areas such as hydration, hygiene, sleep, caloric intake, and exercise.

Assess health-related routines and identify areas that may need improvement.

Establish practical priorities before moving into larger household changes

Step 3 — Home & Personal Systems Reset
1-hour session; typically occurs over 1–2 months

Focus on cleaning, organization, and descaling

Support a home environment that helps maintain mental clarity and focus on goals

Build systems that make the home easier to maintain

Step 4 — Sustainability Implementation
Three 1-hour pillar sessions, plus one 30-minute follow-up meeting per month. Additional follow-up meetings may be requested as needed.
Implementation is organized around three sustainability pillars: Health, Financial, and Environmental Sustainability.

Any products or outside services a client chooses to purchase are paid for separately by the client.

Program Investment
Sustainable Living Services begins with a four-month consulting program, followed by continued support.
Initial Four-Month Program: $1,600 total
The $1,600 is due upon signing the Client Agreement. With prior agreement from Sustainable Living Services, the total may instead be paid in four monthly installments of $400.
Beginning Month 5: $100 per month
Starting with the fifth month, the consulting rate is reduced to $100 per month for the remaining duration of the agreement.
All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Payment, invoicing, termination, refund, and other terms are governed by the Client Agreement.
